All new members get the chance to claim a free bankroll at one of six online poker rooms.  Do note that members only get one bankroll – and NOT one bankroll at each of the six rooms.  But you can choose which room you want the free cash to be put in.

This means that, unless you have lots of online poker accounts already, you should be fairly sure to qualify for the free money (you need to be able to open a new account at the room you choose).
